Two teens picked up for alleged sale of marijuana

On August 29th, 2014 at approx. 2:18pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested two 17 year olds. One of the seventeen year olds was charged with Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the 4th degree and UPM. That subject was arraigned in the Town of Waterloo Town Court and was ROR’d. That individual is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 4th, 2014 at 10:00am to answer to the charges. The second seventeen year old was issued an appearance ticket for Unlawfully Possession of Marijuana and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on September 4th, 2014 at 10 am.
