SF man exposes genitals, steals drink for child

On Friday evening the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Daniel F. Demarco, age 59 of 45 Bridge Street in Seneca Falls, for Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor.It is alleged that Demarco stole a bottle of soda from a child, while the child was with family on a boat moored at the canal docks by Cowing Street.Demarco was also arrested for Public Lewdness and Disorderly Conduct for exposing his genitals to public view and urinating on a motor vehicle.Demarco was arraigned before the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 bail / $2000 bond. Demarco has to appear back in court on 09/04/2014 at 6:00 PM.
