On Sunday at 10:52 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Asa T. Poormon, age 19 of 192 Ovid Street Lot # 141 in Seneca Falls. Police charged Poormon with Criminal Sex Act in the Second Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.It is alleged that Poormon had sexual contact with a 13 year old female on August 5th, 2014. Poormon was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and an order of protection was issued.Poormon was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $3,000.00 cash bail / $6,000.00 secure bond. A felony hearing was scheduled 9:30 A.M. on Thursday September 4th, 2014 in Seneca Falls Town Court.
