Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports, Deputies arrested Robert S. Grimes, 57, of 325 Rock Cabin Rd., Montour Falls in the Town of Lodi, for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. It is alleged that Grimes was in Possession of Marihuana following a routine traffic stop for Inadequate headlights. Grimes was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Lodi Court on October 1st 2014, to answer the charges.
