The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on 08/21/14 at 3:35 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested David G. Everett, age 26, of Waterloo, NY for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, a class A misdemeanor. Everett was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, a class a misdemeanor, and several other traffic infractions. The incident stems from a crime in progress where it is alleged that Everett was accompanied by two other individuals who allegedly stole property from a Romulus business. The stolen property was discovered in a vehicle operated by Everett. Everett was arraigned in the Town of Romulus court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu $500.00 cash / $1000.00 secure bond. Everett is due to appear in Romulus Court on 09/26/14 at 10:30 am to answer to the charge.
