Ovid man arrested for harassment and endangering

Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on August 24, 2014 at 9:30PM Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Robert C. Duncan III age 28, of 2071 County Road 139 Lot 5 Ovid, New York for harassment in the second degree and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 2071 County Road 139 Lot 5 for the report of a domestic disturbance. It is alleged that Duncan pushed a female while two children were present in the residence. Duncan was located by Sheriff’s Deputies nearby after leaving the scene and was taken into custody. Duncan was arraigned at the Town of Ovid Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 bail/ $1,000.00 bond. A class “A” order of protection was issued. Duncan is to reappear in the Town of Ovid Court on September 9th, 2014 at 10:00AM.
