Tiffany Anthony was arrested by Penn Yan Police Wednesday morning. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle which had a suspended registration. In addition she was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation after a computer check showed her license to be suspended. She was released to appear in court on Monday, August 25th.
