Seneca Falls Police arrested April J. Gilson, age 20, of 3031 E. Bayard Street Ext., Seneca Falls, NY on Wednesday August 20th, 2014 at 1:34am following a traffic stop on State Rt. 89. Police received a reckless driving complaint involving Gilson’s vehicle on Garden St and she was located on Garden St Ext. and Rt 89. Gilson was charged with Aggravated DWI, Operating with a BAC of more than .08%, DWI, and Failure to Keep Right. Her vehicle was towed from the scene and Gilson was released after processing and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 25th at 6pm.
