On August 15th, 2014 at approx. 7:24pm, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kerstein M. Bishop, age 28, of 16 West Elizabeth Street, Apt 2L, Waterloo for Petit Larceny and Endangering the welfare of a child. It is alleged that on August 15th, 2014 Bishop entered a Town of Seneca Falls business and took $47.23 worth of merchandise while in the presence of a child and left the business without paying. Bishop was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 25th, 2014 at 6:00pm to answer to the charge
