The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday, deputies arrested Amanda L. Jensen, age 22 of N. Main Street in Ovid, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated.The arrest stems from a two car property damage accident that occurred in the Town of Ovid on August 16th around 12:29 am. Deputies report that Jensen crashed a 2001 Chevy Blazer into a parked vehicle on Ann Street in the Town of Ovid. Both vehicles involved sustained damage but there were no injuries.Jensen was Charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with .18% or Higher, Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. Unsafe Start, Unsafe Backing, and failure to maintain designated lane.Jensen was arraigned in the Town of Ovid Court where she was ROR’d and is to re-appear in the Town of Ovid Court on the 9th of September 2014 at 10:00am
