8-15-2014 Seneca County Sheriff’ Deputies arrested Delbert A. Freeman, 23, of 510 S Extension Rd, Mesa, Arizona for Petit Larceny. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred at a local business in the Town of Waterloo. It is alleged that Freeman took merchandise from the local business and then fled the scene. Freeman was arraigned at the Town of Waterloo Court and was remanded to the custody of the Seneca County Correctional Facility on 500.00 Cash Bail, 1000.00 Bail Bond. Freeman is to re-appear in the Town of Waterloo on the 1th of September 2014 at 7:00pm.
