Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on August 13th, 2014 at 6:45PM, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Daniel J. Everett age 23, of 3086 Niagara Falls Blvd. North Tonawanda, New York on a Family Court Arrest Warrant issued out of Seneca County Family Court. Everett was arraigned before the Town of Varick Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500.00 Bail/ $1,500.00 Bond. Everett is to appear before Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
