Seneca Falls man hit 2 cars in parking lot & leaves

On 08/08/2014 at approx. 4:11 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Dept. arrested Aaron H. Mangum, age 31, of 2109 Route 5 & 20, Seneca Falls, for Operating a Motor Vehicle while Impaired by Drugs, Reckless Driving, Operator Leaves Scene of a Property Damage Accident, Operating Motor Vehicle without Inspection Certificate, Failed to use Designated Lane and Unsafe Tires.Mangum was observed striking two vehicles in a Town of Seneca Falls Business parking lot and leaving the scene.Mangum was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler and ROR’d. Mangum is scheduled to re-appear on 09/10/14 at 10:00 am at the Town of Seneca Falls Court.
