At 4p.m. this afternoon Ontario County Sheriff Phil Povero will present a “prepared” statement in regards to the investigation of the crash at Canandaigua Motor Speedway over the weekend that killed Kevin Ward Jr. The conference will be held outside of the Sheriff’s office at 74 Ontario Street in Canandaigua. Povero will not be taking any questions following the statement.
