On Sunday around 5:50 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Dept. responded to a report of a hit and run property damage accident in the parking lot of a Town of Seneca Falls business. Witnesses stated they observed the motor vehicle leave the scene of the accident prior to Police arrival.Police located and stopped the vehicle on Garden Street Ext. in the Town of Seneca Falls. Following the traffic stop, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested James C. Parry, age 54, of 3581 Parker Road, Seneca Falls, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated DWI .18 BAC or more, Operator leaves Scene of a Property Damage Accident and Failure to keep Right.Parry was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/14/2014 at 10:00am. Town of Seneca Falls Police, was assisted by New York State Park Police during theinvestigation.
