The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 08/04/14 at approximately 1619 hrs Sheriff Deputies arrested Willie E. Love, age 51, of 11 E. Elisha St in the Village of Waterloo for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle in the third degree. This incident stems from a complaint on 08/03/14 where Sheriff Deputies responded to the Village of Waterloo for the report of a missing vehicle. Love reportedly took and operated a Village resident’s vehicle out of the scope of their agreement on 08/02/14 and returned the vehicle on 08/04/14. Love was taken into custody and released on an appearance ticket. Love is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 09/10/14 at 0900 hrs to answer to the charge.
