The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on August 2nd 2014, Sheriff’s Deputies Arrested 18 year old Brenden F. Dauber of 2993 Farron Rd. Seneca Falls N.Y. for Driving While Ability Impaired by alcohol. The arrest resulted from a 1 car motor vehicle crash on Marshall Rd. in the Town of Fayette where Daubers vehicle left the roadway striking a ditch. Dauber’s vehicle was towed from the scene. Dauber was issued UTT’s for moving from lane unsafely, driving on shoulder as well as DWAI by alcohol. Dauber is to appear in the Town of Fayette court 20th of august to answer the charges.
