Seneca County Chamber Ribbon Cutting in Waterloo

The Seneca County Chamber of Commerce has announced thatit will be co-hosting a relocation ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate thegrowth and expansion for Harmony Skincare & Massage, a full service spa nowlocated at 14 West Main Street in Waterloo.The event will take place on Friday, August 15th and will include a shortpresentation at 4:00pm with comments from local and Chamber officials,photos and refreshments. Buttonwood Grove Winery will offer wine tastings tothose present. An after party will follow the Ribbon Cutting, with acelebration featuring food and entertainment until 7:30pm.Harmony Skincare and Massage opened in February of 2013 in its originaldowntown Waterloo location. Outgrowing that space caused the need torelocate in July, 2014. Its new location offers three times the amount ofspace and allows for new services to be offered, such as a hair and nailsalon, men’s treatments, waxing, and group functions.
