Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies report that on 8/2/14 at about 7:23pm while on patrol they came upon a vehicle that was being operated by James A. Vanopdrup Age 55 of 4091 High St., Clyde NY on Clark St. in the Village Of Waterloo . Upon investigation it was learned by Deputies that James A. Vanopdrup was operating on a suspended registration due to insurance lapse. Vanopdrup was issued a ticket for driving on a suspended registration and is due in court on 09/17/2014 at 09:00 am in the Village of Waterloo Court to answer for the charge.
