On August 3rd, 2014 at approximately 5:40 a.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jimmy Washington, age 60, of 41 Church Street, Waterloo, NY for DWAI-Drugs. Washington was stopped for failure to keep right on State Route 5&20. It was then determined that Washington was operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in town court on 08/14/14 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
