The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Friday at approximately 9:30 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Frederick W Norris Jr, age 28 of 3009 Owasco Drive in Waterloo, for Menacing 2nd degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. It is alleged that Norris pointed a pellet gun at a male victim in a threatening manner, while a five year old child was present. Norris was arraigned at the Waterloo Town Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash, $2,000 secure bond. Norris is scheduled to reappear on August 14, 2014.
