The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 2nd at 3:11am, Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 21 year old Matthew R. Meyer of 25 Mayfield st. Rochester N.Y. for Felony DWI. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on Rumsey St in the Town of Seneca Falls after Deputies observed Meyer’s vehicle failing to maintain its lane crossing both into the oncoming lane and over the shoulder. Following the traffic stop, Meyer was also charged with failure to keep right, driving on shoulder, Circumventing an ignition interlock device as well as 2 counts of Felony DWI including Aggravated Felony dwi .18% bac or greater. Meyer was arraigned in the T-Fayette Court and remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $400 cash bail, $1,000 bond.
