On July 30th, 2014 at 7:39 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested the following two females after they were caught shoplifting from a local business in the Town of Seneca Falls. Hailey A. Lowrey, age 18, of 28 Auburn Road, Seneca Falls was charged with one count of Petit Larceny which is a class A misdemeanor. It is alleged that Lowrey concealed merchandise and passed all points of sale without any attempt at rendering payment. Lowrey was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/04/2014 at 6:00 pm in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari. Tisha A. Zwick, age 41, of 28 Auburn Road, Seneca Falls was charged with one count of Conspiracy in the sixth degree which is a class B misdemeanor. It is alleged that Zwick aided Lowrey during the incident. Zwick was also released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/04/2014 at 6:00 pm in front of the Honorable Judge Laquidari.
