On 7/31/14 at 9:21am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brian P. Whittlesey, age 33, of 1987 Mills Rd Waterloo, NY 13165. Whittlesey was arrested on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court. Whittlesey was charged with Failure to Pay Fine. The fine was from a DWI charge from 7/21/13. Whittlesey is to reappear on 8/13/14 at 9:00am in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler.the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Dwayne W.C. Hardy, age 22, of 1 Gould Ave Seneca Falls, NY on an Arrest Warrant for Criminal Trespass 3rd. Hardy is accused of being on property located at 2 Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls after being warned several times to stay off the property. Hardy was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court by Judge Mattoon and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000cashbail/$2000ins bond. Hardy is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/13/14 at 0900hrs.On July 31th, 2014 at about 1:00 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David F. Eckert Jr., age 33, of 25 Swaby Street, Seneca Falls. Eckert was arrested on a warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failing to pay a fine. Eckert was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Laquidari. During the arraignment Eckert was able to pay the fine and Judge Laquidari released Eckert.
