5 from Waterloo arrested in SF home invasion

Town of Seneca Falls Police Department concluded an investigation into a robbery and assault case that occurred in the Town of Seneca Falls earlier this year. It is alleged that during the late evening of May 28th, 2014, several subjects assaulted a Town of Seneca Falls resident at his home. The resident sustained physical injuries to his head and face requiring medical attention. During the assault, personal property was also forcibly stolen from the resident. Police arrested the following subjects in connection to the incident:Grant M. Price, age 20, of 1170 Whiskey Hill Road, Waterloo, as charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, Robbery in the 3rd Degree and Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree. Grant Price was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash/$10,000 bond.Matthew J. Tyler, age 23, of 38 East Main Street, Waterloo, was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree. Tyler was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,000 cash/$4,000 bond. Tyler is scheduled to appear back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 8th, 2014 at 6:00 pm.Colton R. Price, age 19, of 1170 Whiskey Hill Road, Waterloo, was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree. Price was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash/$3,000 bond. Price is scheduled to appear back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 21st, 2014 at 6:00 pm.Taylor B. Eggleston, age 18, of 1170 Whiskey Hill Road, Waterloo, was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree. Eggleston was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond. Eggleston is scheduled to appear back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 8th, 2014 at 6:00 pm.Desmond A. Lawton, age 23, of 53 Church Street, Waterloo, was charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree. Lawton was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash/$2,000 bond. Lawton is scheduled to appear back at the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 8th, 2014 at 6:00 pm.The Town of Seneca Falls Police were assisted during the investigation by the New York State Police, Seneca County Sheriff’s Department and Waterloo Police Department.
