Sheriff David Gould reports the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Brandon C. Hinman age, 31, of 2572 Hamilton St. Weedsport, N.Y. on felony charges concerning the forgery of checks and theft of funds from a checking account established during fundraising for the Hinman family.
