On July 30th, 2014 at 3:56 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested two subjects for Petit Larceny at WalMart after security observed them walking out of the store without paying for several items. Arrested were the following: Jeffery L. Burgess, age 55, of 10 Teft Ave. Clifton Springs, New York was charged with one count of Petit Laceny. Penny A. Burgess, age 47, of 10 Teft Ave. Clifton Springs, New York was charged with one count of Petit Larceny. Both subjects are to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 11th, 2014 at 6:0 pm.
