On Monday morning the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Taylor B. Eggleston, age 18 of Whiskey Hill Road in Waterloo, on charges related to the sale and distribution of heroin in the local community.Eggleston was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies, and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies. It is alleged that Eggleston sold heroin on two separate occasions in the Town of Seneca Falls.Eggleston was arraigned in the Covert Town Court and released on her own recognizance as she is already incarcerated at the Seneca County Correctional Facility on unrelated charges. Eggleston is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on August 7, 2014, at 6pm.The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted in the investigation.
