On July 26th, 2014 at approx. 5:26pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Shelly M. Everson, age 40, of 621 Coolidge Ave, Columbus, GA 31906Chennel F. Price, age 38, of 2432 South Salina Street Syracuse , NY Carmen E. Ruckman, age 44 of 2221 Lodi Street Syracuse, NY following a traffic stop after a larceny complaint from a town business. It was discovered that Everson had an active Warrant out of the City of Ithaca, NY for Petit Larceny. Everson was transported to the Ithaca Police Department where she was turned over to Ithaca Police. It was also discovered that Ruckman had a revoked driver’s license. Ruckman was charged with Aggravated Unauthorized Operation of A Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.Ruckman was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on August 4th, 2014 at 6:00pm. Price was charged with Possession Of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree. Price was arraigned in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1500 cash bail/$3000 secure bond. Price is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on August 13th, 2014 at 9:00am.
