On Wednesday July 24th 2014, at 12:29 am Officers from the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Timothy J. Newby of 2 Fall Street, Apartment 25, Seneca Falls, NY for Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree a violation. It was reported that Newby forcibly entered the home of a female resident, and engaged in a physical confrontation with her and another resident. Newby was arraigned before Judge Lafler in the Seneca Falls Town Court, and committed to the Seneca County Correctional facility on $1,000 bail, $2,000 bond. He is to reappear on 08/13/2014 at 9:00am to answer the charges. An order of protection was issued for the female resident.
