On July 25th, 2014 at approx. 11:55am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas M. Fish, age 25, of 2162 State Route 5 & 20 lot 3, Seneca Falls, NY 13148 following a home visit from Seneca County Probation Officers. Fish was charged with one count of Possession Of A Controlled Substance In The Third Degree (felony), one count of Possession Of A Controlled Substance In The Seventh Degree (misdemeanor), and one count of Unlawful Possession Of Marihuana (violation). Fish was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 secure bond. Fish is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on July 30, 2014 at 9:30am.
