The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 07/14/14 at approximately 16:00 hrs Sheriff Deputies arrested Timothy C. Griffith of Ovid for an Arrest warrant out of Lodi Town Court for failure to pay a fine. Griffith appeared before Judge Van Cleef and was ROR’d. Griffith is to reappear in the Town of Lodi court 07/15/14 at 0930 hrs .
