Waterloo man charged in heroin & cocaine sale

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Grant M. Price, age 20 of 1170 Whiskey Hill Road in Waterloo late last week, on charges stemming from an investigation into the sale and distribution of heroin and cocaine.Price was charged with three counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Class B Felonies, and three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, Class B Felonies. It is alleged that Price sold and possessed heroin and cocaine on three separate occasions in the Town of Seneca Falls.Price w as arraigned in the Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 secured bond. Price is to reappear in the Lodi Town Court on July 22, 2014 at 9:3 0am. The Seneca Falls Police Department assisted in the investigation.
