The Waterloo Police Department reports that on 07/20/14 at 01:50 AM Darron R. Wise, of 804 Waterloo Geneva Road in Waterloo, was arrested on a traffic stop for Driving While Intoxicated. It is reported Wise was observed stopped at an intersection in the opposite lane of traffic while in the Village of Waterloo. Wise was issued traffic tickets for failure to keep right, refusal to take a breath test, and driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years. Wise was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 bail $10,000 bond. Wise is to reappear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 07/23/14 at 10:00 AM.
