The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on 07/15/14 at approximately 7:25PM Deputies arrested Julia A. Blair, age 17, of 4887 Rt. 96A and charged her with two counts of Reckless Endangerment 2nd. The arrest stems from a complaint on State Route 96A in the Town of Fayette where it is alleged that Blair grabbed the steering wheel of a van that she was a passenger in. The driver of the vehicle had to take action to avoid an accident. There were no injuries sustained in the incident. Blair was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear at the Town of Fayette Court on 08/20/14 at 7:00PM.
