On 07/08/2014 at 9:58 p.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph C. Vohs, age 23, of 192 Ovid Street, Lot 12 Seneca Falls, NY for Failure to Report a Change of Address-a felony. Vohs, a registered sex offender, is accused of not registering his new address with the police department within tens days of moving into the area, as required by law . Vohs was arrested and later released on an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 07/28/2014 at 6:00 pm.
