Felony DWI charge for Waterloo man – FingerLakes1.com Archive

On Thursday of last week at approximately 1:36 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Thomas L. Morehouse, age 44, of E. River Road, Waterloo, for Felony DWI following a traffic stop.Police received a report from a town establishment of a vehicle leaving the establishment with the smell of alcohol coming from inside the vehicle. A description of the vehicle was given and officers located the vehicle and observed it not stop at a stop sign.The driver was identified as Morehouse and he was determined to be intoxicated after failing several field sobriety tests. The charge is a felony because Morehouse has a prior DWI within 10 years. He was also charged with Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign and arraigned in town court.He was ROR’d and is to reappear in court on 07/23/14 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
