On 7/09/14 at 5:45pm The Village Police arrested David “Jake” Schroo, age 24 of Hideaway Lane Penn Yan, on a bench warrant from Penn Yan Village court. Schroo was located at his residence on Hideaway Lane by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office and turned over to the Penn Yan Village Police. Schroo was arrested for failure to appear on a Criminal Mischief charge and was arraigned at Penn Yan Village Court with a set bail of $350/$600.
