Waterloo Police warn residents to lock car doors

The Waterloo Police Department would like to remind residence to keeptheir car doors locked and not to keep valuables inside their motorvehicles. Over the past couple of weeks the Police Department hasresponded to several calls from village residence who reported having hadtheir vehicles broken into and had items stolen from their unlocked cars.We would also like to remind residence to keep outdoor items such asbicycles locked up or placed out of view from the public at night to avoidthem from being stolen.
