The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 7-5-14, at 7:15pm, Deputies arrested 54 Year old Gregory S. Prentzas of 3 Locust Ridge in Cold Spring New York for DWI. The arrest stems from a civilian complaint at a town of Lodi business where it was reported that Prentzas backed his vehicle into a picnic table, The table was unoccupied at the time of this incident. Deputies located Prentzas vehicle a very short time later as he drove by the incident location while Deputies were still on scene, and followed Prentzas southbound on Lodi Center Rd. where Prentzas was observed failing to keep right. Following a traffic stop, Prentzas was charged with failure to keep right and DWI, including operating with .08% BAC or greater. Prentzas was released on appearance tickets returnable to the T-lodi Court on the 6th of August at 10:00am.
