The Waterloo Police Department reports Kevin P. Gurinowich, age 42, of 36 Miller St, Seneca Falls, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The charge stems from a traffic stop for Gurinowich failing to signal a turn while in the Village of Waterloo. Gurinowich was issued traffic tickets for failure to signal a turn, Driving While intoxicated, and Driving with .08% BAC or higher. Gurinowich is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 8/6/14 at 9:00 am.
