On 06/27/14 at approximately 4:11 a.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher M. McLaughlin, age 27, of 43 Rumsey Street, Apt. 1, Seneca Falls, NY for DWAI-Drugs. Police received a report of a possible intoxicated driver in the area of a town business. A description was given and officers observed a vehicle matching the description commit a traffic infraction. The vehicle was stopped and it was determined that the McLaughlin was operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was also in possession of brass knuckles at the time of his arrest. He was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Failure to Use a Turn Signal. He was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in town court on 07/07/14 at 6:00 p.m. to answer the charges. Waterloo Police assisted in the arrest.
