On June 30, 2014 at about 9:25 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 16 year old female, whose name will be withheld due to her age for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh degree. The arrest stems from a complaint police received about a possible drug transaction occurring at 2133 State Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Seneca Falls. After obtaining permission to search officers located several hypodermic needles, small plastic bags containing a white substance and seven pills that were controlled substances of which, no one had a prescription for. The female was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Lafler. Judge Lafler released the female on her own recognizance to her mother. She is due back in court on August 13, 2014 at 10:00am.
