Gable released new Seneca County & Civil War book

The Seneca Falls Historical Society is pleased to announce Walt Gable’s latest book Seneca County and the Civil War. Join us for a book signing and discussion on Sunday, July 20, at 1:00 PM at the Gould Hotel. Walt’s new book explores Seneca County’s role in the Civil War. He recently toured the infamous Southern prison at Andersonville, where his great grandfather was imprisoned. The book is full of wonderful photos and tales of the men who fought in the conflict. The book will be hot off the press and available for purchase.New addition to the Seneca Falls Historical Society’s Gift Shop is autographed copies of “Ivan the Terrier” by Peter Catalanolto. He was speaker for Reading Week at Frank Knight School. Peter did a fantastic job and was well received by teachers and students alike. The book is $20.00 including tax.
