On Sunday at approximately 1:34 pm, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Brenda M. Fedele, age 46 of 329 East Main Street in Waterloo. The arrest stems from a domestic incident where it was reported that Fedele became involved in a physical confrontation with a juvenile.During the police investigation it was discovered that a class B order of protection is in place against Fedele with the juvenile as the protected party. Fedele was taken into custody and charged with Criminal Contempt in the second degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment in the second degree.She was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and held on $1000.00 bail. Fedele is to reappear at a later date to answer to the charges.
