On Sunday at about 1:13 am, the Waterloo Police Department arrested Joshua A. Jones, age 21 of 41 Church Street in Waterloo, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. It is alleged Jones was asked by a local establishment to leave the property and he refused. When police arrived, Jones continued to be belligerent and did not comply with warnings issued by police.Jones was taken into custody after a short struggle and arraigned. He was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and held on $1500.00 bail. He is to reappear at a later date to answer to the charges.
