The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on June 28th, 2014 at 11:40 PM, Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Curtis N Brosius, 25, of 2549 Edwards Rd NY, on Strang Rd in the Town of Junius. Brosius was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving with .08% of 1% or more. Brosius was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Junius Court on August 26th 2014 to answer the charges.
