The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at approximately 9:29 am, deputies arrested Kirsly L. Bisgrove, age 23 of 1866A Mecklenburg Road in Ithaca, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree. This arrest stems from a Police Pursuit that began in Schuyler County and ended in the Town of Lodi in Seneca County.Bisgrove was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court in front of Judge Van Cleef. Bisgrove was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash / $1,000 secured bond. Bisgrove is due back in the Town of Lodi Court August 21, 2014 at 1000 hrs to answer to the charge.
