On 6/25/14 at 10:15am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that Deputies arrested Brian K. Nogiewich, age 55, of Silsbee Road in Hammondsport. The arrest stems from an incident in which Nogiewich allegedly wrote a check to a Waterloo business on a closed checking account in the amount of $649.20 in January of 2014.Nogiewich was issued appearance ticket at the Seneca County Correctional Facility and is to appear in Waterloo Town Court on 7/24/14 at 5pm to answer the charges.
