06/24/14 at 7:09pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Sandra L. Brignall, age 38, and Janelle A. Cook, age 34, both of 25 North Seneca Street, Waterloo, for petit larceny.The arrest stems from Brignall and Cook being observed taking multiple items from a Town of Seneca Falls Business without paying. Brignall and Cook were released on Appearance Tickets and are scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 06/30/14 at 6:00 pm.
